Our mission is to build a language bridge between our schools and community by delivering the highest level of translation to our parents.
The EUHSD is pleased to provide translation services for our educational community. Translation is a written rendering of a text from one language into another. Please follow the instructions in our google forms when submitting a translation request.
This service is offered to administrators and school staff. Any teacher that wishes to submit a translation request, please refer to your site administrator.
For Special Education Interpretation requests please refer to the Special Education Department.
Submitting A Request
Follow the instructions in the google form. We are only able to work with editable format files (i. e. Word document, Excel)
The completion date is dependent on several variables- length of text, technical vocabulary and complexity of document. Approval of same day translations will be in a case-by-case situation due to existing translations and timelines. Please call for approval x3294.
Translation requests are meant to provide meaningful access and informed participation in school/district programs for parents, and community.
Once you’ve submitted the translation request, you will receive the translation via email. Please REPLY to this email so we can close your ticket order.
