Del Lago Academy staff members hosted a college and career fair during lunch. This was an opportunity for our staff to share information about the college or job training programs they attended. Students were encouraged to walk around and get information about a variety of colleges.

Students at Escondido High School and San Pasqual High School participated in a project with the California State University San Marcos's NASA Aerospace Academy where they learned about the lunar surface and worked together to design and create model rovers. The Greater Escondido Chamber of Commerce recognized five exceptional EUHSD students at the Rising Stars breakfast. Each shared struggles they've overcome, plans for the future, and expressed appreciation for being selected.

This week we celebrated students who completed their graduation requirements over the summer. Congratulations to all of them for persevering to accomplish this important milestone to join the Class of 2023!

Escondido Adult School opened its doors to the community for their Back-to-School events

EUHSD recently held a  districtwide professional development day. The entire district was engaged, and it was great to see our amazing staff at the variety of workshops and trainings.

On Tuesday, October 17 at 6:00 p.m. Del Lago Academy - Campus of Applied Science will be hosting a presentation in Spanish, with English translation provided, from the University of Chicago.

At Del Lago Academy - Campus of Applied Science, AP Government seniors held a mock Washington Meet and Greet networking event.
