The Greater Escondido Chamber of Commerce recognized five exceptional EUHSD students at this week's Rising Stars breakfast. Each shared struggles they've overcome, plans for the future, and expressed appreciation for being selected. Congratulations to all!

Escondido, CA – Escondido Union High School District (EUHSD) is proud to announce and celebrate a historic achievement:
three outstanding seniors from Del Lago Academy (DLA), Orange Glen High School (OGHS), and Escondido High School (EHS)
who have been selected as 2025 recipients of The Gates Scholarship, a highly selective, full-ride scholarship that is granted
exceptional high school seniors nationwide each year.

Escondido, CA – The Assistance League of Inland North County recently provided 75 duffel bags and $150 gift
cards for graduating seniors experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity in the Escondido Union High School
District (EUHSD) through their Operation Duffel Bag Program.

transformative space designed to empower students in shaping their postsecondary journeys.

Escondido, CA – Escondido Union High School District (EUHSD) is proud to announce that Daniel Laguna, a 12th grade student at Del Lago Academy, has been awarded The Gates Scholarship – a highly selective, full-ride scholarship that is
granted to only 300 exceptional high school seniors nationwide each year.

Our incredible ASB Presidents from across the district were recognized at the Laurels for Leaders ceremony, sponsored by Kiwanis! Each of these outstanding student leaders was awarded a $300 scholarship in recognition of their dedication, leadership, and service to their schools and communities.

The Escondido Art Association hosted a senior awards event on Saturday, March 8, celebrating outstanding young artists. Del Lago Academy’s Aneth Hernandez received an Honorable Mention, while Ava Manoochehri Farr earned 3rd place in the competition. Congratulations to them both!
