Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. All meals, foods and beverages are prepared and served by qualified child nutrition professionals. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.
Any students in need of a special diet due to disability or intolerance must first have a Medical Statement Request for Special Diet Form filled out by a licensed Medical Doctor, Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant. These forms are then reviewed by our Registered Dietitian to move forward on special diet requests. Unfortunately Nutrition Services does not accommodate diet requests based on personal preferences or lifestyle choices but we are more than welcome to work closely with any parent or student who needs assistance navigating through daily menu options. The Medical Statement Request Form can be found in the link at the bottom of the page.
